Obituary

James H. Robertson 11-19-1924 to 6-26-2017 Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grand-father passed away peacefully in his sleep. Born and raised in South Tacoma, graduated from Lincoln High School and WSU where he was a proud member of Lambda Chi Alpha. Jim served in the Army and following his discharge completed his degree at WSU. Jim was a school administrator for Tacoma Public Schools retiring in 1981. He enjoyed entertaining family and friends, RV-ing, gardening and the backyard pool. Jim is survived by his children Jim (Jan), Diane Olsen (Larry) grandchildren, Jennifer Jeff, Ryan, Erin, Eileen, and great-grandchildren Xavier, Devin, Mya, Julia, Nathan, Grace, Wyatt, James and Bella. Special thanks to the staff of River Rock Adult Family Home for their compassionate care. Memorial contributions in Jim's name can be made to Tacoma Humane Society.
