July 12, 1984 - October 1, 2021

Lindsey Rae Robinson-Phelps, 37, of Hawley, Texas, went to her final resting place Friday, October 1st, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois, after a long and courageous battle against COVID.

Lindsey was born on July 12th, 1984, in Abilene, Texas, to William "Bear" and Diane Robinson. She was the youngest of their 3 daughters. She dreamed of becoming a homemaker and having children. She met the love of her life, Kyle, on February 14th, 2012. They married on August 24th, 2013, and went on to have two handsome boys, Kaysen and Laiken. Lindsey was a lifelong resident of Abilene, Texas, until her recent move to Hawley, Texas.

Lindsey thoroughly enjoyed camping with friends and family, and always looked forward to attending their annual get-togethers and events. She absolutely loved taking "selfies" with everyone she knew. Lindsey enjoyed dancing and pulling friends onto the dance floor, especially to country and "booty-shaking" music. She was always prepared for any situation and was a constant source of sage, unfiltered truth and advice. She loved her children beyond words and continues to live through their presence. Lindsey truly was a beautiful, honest, strong, and loving force in the lives of so many people.

Lindsey was preceded in death by her father, William "Bear" Robinson, Jr. Lindsey is survived by her husband, Kyle Eugene Phelps, and two children, Kaysen Eugene and Laiken Andrew of Hawley, Texas; Mother, Diane Robinson of Abilene, Texas; Sisters, Crystal Martinez of Texarkana, Texas; Erica Cammarano and husband Vince of Tampa, Florida; Nieces and Nephews, Chelsea, Brandon, Anthony, Logan, and Jocelyn; and numerous family and friends.
