Ofelia Correa Lopez passed away in La Mesa, California on Tuesday December 29, 2020. Wife of Eli Correa, loving mother of Erika Woolsey and Elizabeth Crow, and devoted grandmother to Colton, Zoe, Sophia and Lilian.

Born in Jalisco and raised in Mexicali. She stayed in the Mexicali area where she met her husband Eli Correa.

There was nothing that Ofelia loved more than being with her grandkids and sisters. She loved the smell of plumerias, her favorite plants. She loved helping her friends and family.

She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, friend, and church member. Her most profound passion outside of being a grandma, was gardening, traveling and sewing. She was well known for her infamous potato salad.

Ofelia Correa López falleció en La Mesa, California, el martes 29 de diciembre de 2020. Esposa de Eli Correa, madre amorosa de Erika Woolsey y Elizabeth Crow, y abuela devota de Colton, Zoe, Sophia y Lilian.

Nació en Jalisco y se crió en Mexicali. Se quedó en el área de Mexicali donde conoció a su marido Eli.

No había nada que Ofelia amara más que estar con sus nietos y hermanas. Le encantaba el olor de las plumerías, sus plantas favoritas. Como también le encantaba ayudar a sus amigos y a su familia.

Era una madre, abuela, amiga y miembro de la iglesia cariñosa y cuidadosa. Su pasión más profunda, aparte de ser abuela, era la jardinería, viajar y coser. Era muy conocida por su infame ensalada de patatas.
