Obituary

Ruth Schwabe Ozan, 88, died December 1, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida.

We mourn her passing but celebrate her long and full life.

Widow of Mahmut Ozan, retired teacher, Fulbright scholar and author, Ruth was beloved by her family, friends, students, and those she touched with her book "Forget Me Not".

She is survived by her sister Shirley Boyd, daughters Deniz George, Juli Minion, Kyrinn Eis, two granddaughters and a grandson, and many nieces and nephews across the USA.

In lieu of flowers, Ruth wished donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital @ stjude.org
